Returning to viticulture and to the labour in the vineyard that
has been practiced for centuries based on the in-depth knowledge of
nature and the passion for the fruit
Our forest is an endless reserve of mineral, vegetable and animal resources that we use to structure and enrich the soil of our vineyards: acorns, mosses, flowers and mushrooms are used for our compost.
Our unique terroir based on the freshness of the altitude, the wealth of our forest and the Mediterranean salinity, helps us obtain healthier and riper fruits, always harvested by hand and ecologically processed.
We grow Giró Ros, Moll, Gorgollassa, Called and Black Mantle, ancestral varieties of the island, always aiming to use their full potential: their finesse, originality, elegance and their exceptional and unique aromas.
It is the highest and stoniest area, ideal for a greater expression of the French varieties. Our Viognier vineyards with limestone and clay soils are located here.
OM Blanc
Here we find deeper soils with a better build and facing the North-South vineyards taking advantage of the uneven terrain. This soil is perfect for varieties such as Moll and Giró Ros, typical from Mallorca.
Pelut y OM Blanc
On redder and more structured soils facing the Southwestern and Northeastern vineyards, we find the Mallorca varieties Callet, Black Mantle and Gorgollassa.
La Faula, Somera nº1 & El Galgo
The highest vineyards of the winery are found here, on a limestone cliff worn out over the years and with demanding soils ideal for Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
OM500 & Selecció
The forest if the place where we extract vegetable and animal resources that eventually become part of our soils. It is our reservoir of life responsible for maintaining the viticultural balance needed for a healthy vineyard.
The key is to understand, respect and create the environment so that the vineyards can express their full potential through the fruit
