The elevation, the sea salt breeze and the hard limestone soils form
an extraordinary climate-terroir to obtain unique and special wines.
The vines better express themselves if they have favorable conditions; but if the conditions are extraordinary the result is miraculous. This is why we will always be grateful to the first people who decided to plant the first strains in this land.
The vineyards are 265 meters above sea level, with constant breezes and colder temperatures that in the rest of Mallorca, therefore achieving fresher wines, with less alcohol from healthier vineyards.
The damp sea breeze, called ‘embat’ by islanders, gives our wines balance, elegance and Mediterranean character.
Clays, silts, gravels and sands of the Quaternary period, shape the deep soils where our vines grow, providing balanced aging and structured wines.
