HARVEST
The winery is located among the vineyards, so the time between harvest and entry into the tank is minimal, preserving freshness to the maximum. Hand-harvested in boxes of less than 10 kgs.

The winemaking strategy revolves around three pillars: the pursuit of freshness, varietal expression, and elegance.
MATERIALS
We work with three types of materials for the fermentation and oxidation of musts and wines: stainless steel, large-format French oak barrels, and amphorae.
It is just as important to obtain the best fruit in the vineyard as it is to be able to interpret its singularities. This is the only way to find the most respectful strategy in the winery.

Handpicking allows us to select directly from each directly from each plant and from each vineyard those clusters that are clusters that are of interest to us at any given moment.
