The most iconic and widely planted pre-phylloxera native
white variety from Mallorca. The variety usually has
high yields per hectare, but in our case, they are very low,
yet with grapes of exceptional quality. We aim to take
this seemingly simple variety to another level
of complexity and freshness that enables its comparison
with the great white varieties.

Elaboration
Manual selection in vineyards with low
yields and pressing at low temperature. 85% fermented
in stainless steel tanks and 15% in large-sized French
oak barrels.
Appearence
Pale gold color, clean and with light legs.
Nose
Expressive and clean. Aromas of pears, apples and and hints of green fresh bananas, typical from the variety.
Palate
The great creaminess and exceptional freshness are surprising, very well integrated and persistent.
