Elaboration
Manual selection in the vineyard and separate vinification
of each variety for subsequent blending in the winery.
The Mallorcan varieties are worked on to bring out the
original fruit and a mouthfeel with soft tannins
and very low alcohols, while the international varieties
are processed to achieve extraction and great freshness.
Appearence
Deep ruby color with legs.
Nose
Clean, with plenty of both red and black fruit: ripe
strawberries, red and black currants, plum. Slightly
smoky spicy notes and hints of vanilla.
Palate
It stands out for its great tannic structure and initial power together with a high freshness and balance. Elegant, deep and persistent exit through the mouth.
