In the winery we search for the essence of freshly picked fruit
with minimum intervention until bottled.
The winery among the vineyards allows us to preserve the maximum freshness of the grape in harvest, which is done entirely by hand from our own ecological vines.
The elaboration begins in the vineyard, correctly interpreting the fruit-variety-climate and continues in the winery with the minimum intervention possible to respect the varietal expression.
We age all of our wines in French oak barrels of 300 and 400 liters with fine, extra fine and lightly roasted grain.
It is just as important to get the best fruit in the vineyard as well as being able to interpret its singularities. Only in this way it is possible to succeed with the most respectful strategy in the winery.
The harvest by hand allows us to directly select from each plant and from each vineyard every day and to select only those bunches that interest us in each moment.
