Wine aging


Depending on the wine, variety, maceration and its concrete needs, every wine is aged following different procedures:


Whites     Aging fine yeasts  - all white wines
  Barrel 1 month - high potencial
Red Aging fine yeasts - all red wines
  Barrels 6 months - oxidative wines
  Barrels 12 months - average aging
  Barrels 24 months - highly concentrated
  Aged in bottle - all wines
